The development is comprised of five building clusters, each designed with a different architectural style, elevation and colour.
To compliment the natural surroundings, buildings at Lake District take their names from local birds: Hud Hud, Sallal, Ghawway, Karrawan and Tillaili.
Lake District’s 34 mid-rise buildings range between 7 to 12 storeys to create a sense of openness that matches the vast lake area. The development also features two 17-storey towers, both of which feature state-of-the-art penthouses that take community living at International City to a higher plane.
